Intro To Game Design (Wednesdays 11/5 - 2/4) @ Cooper Elementary School
Unleash your inner game designer at the Intro to Video Game Design Workshop! Have you ever dreamed of creating your very own video game? Now's your chance with RoboThink! In this workshop, students will embark on a journey of creativity and customization as they build and personalize their own simple game using RoboThink's exceptional software. Whether you're new to block-based coding or have some coding experience under your belt, this workshop welcomes coders of all skill levels. Basic computer skills are required, so bring your curiosity and let your imagination run wild as you dive into the exciting world of video game design!
Camp Fee: $250
When: Wednesdays starting on November 5th, 2025 - February 4th, 2026 (No class on December 17th, 2025)
*RoboThink will follow the GCPS calendar for school closings and early release dates.

RoboThink is a step-by-step international learning program. All levels accepted. Our exciting STEM programs develop core STEM skills that students apply to school subjects and their future careers, while fostering a love for science and robotics. With RoboThink’s exclusive robotics kit and our STEAM curriculum that is NGSS (Next Generation Science Standards) aligned, students have a blast learning about robotics, engineering, technology and other STEM subjects.
Pick Up Policy
Pick up your child by 5:20 p.m. We highly suggest coming inside 10 minutes earlier and to see what your child made, take photos and videos, and help clean up.

By registering, you agree to the Cancellation Policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
By registering, you agree to the Cancellation Policy. All cancellations 48 hours prior to October 28th, 2025 will get a full refund. Any cancellations on October 29th, 2025 will not receive a refund. There are no refunds if the child misses a class and no make-ups for a class missed in the series. If a class is canceled due to weather or other events, the class will be rescheduled or refunds for each class canceled will be issued.
ROBOTHINK PHOTO RELEASE AGREEMENT - You will be able to accept or deny to this release during registration.
I acknowledge that while my child is attending this RoboThink program, he/she may be photographed by a still or video camera. I authorize RoboThink, LLC. to utilize my child’s photographic image without identification in its brochures and advertisements in any media, including RoboThink’s website. In giving my consent, I hereby release and hold harmless RoboThink and its agents from any and all responsibility or liability relating to the use of the photographs. I understand that neither my child nor I will receive compensation should any photograph authorized hereunder be used.
