RoboPetz (Wednesdays 4/16 - 5/14) @ Cooper Elementary School
Welcome to the enchanting world of RoboThink RoboPetz Store! Step into this immersive program where students can bring their wildest animal dreams to life by constructing a captivating array of robotic creatures. From tail-wagging robotic dogs to trainable, self-moving unicorns, the possibilities are endless! Throughout this incredible adventure, participants will master the fundamentals of working with mainboards, DC motors, gears, and axles, all while creating their very own RoboPetz inspired by the marvelous animal kingdom. Get ready to embark on a wild journey of creation and discovery– no prior animal experience required!
Explores how to use mainboards, switches, IR sensors, gears, DC motors and axles, as well as concepts like gear ratios, gear trains, potential and kinetic energy, and more!
Camp
Fee: $180
*Register at least 1 week before sessions and receive a $20 discount.
When: Thursdays starting on April 16th, 2024 - May 14th, 2024
*RoboThink will follow the GCPS calendar for school closings and early release dates.

RoboThink
is a step-by-step international learning program. All levels accepted. Our
exciting STEM programs develop core STEM skills that students apply to school
subjects and their future careers, while fostering a love for science and
robotics. With RoboThink’s exclusive robotics kit and our STEAM curriculum that
is NGSS (Next Generation Science Standards) aligned, students have a blast
learning about robotics, engineering, technology and other STEM subjects.
Pick Up Policy
Pick up your child by 5:15 p.m. We highly suggest coming inside 15 minutes earlier and to see what your child made, take photos and videos, and help clean up.

By registering, you agree to the Cancellation Policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
By registering, you agree to the Cancellation Policy. All cancellations 48 hours prior to April 15th, 2025 will get a full refund. Any cancellations on April 16th, 2025 will not receive a refund. There are no refunds if the child misses a class and no make-ups for a class missed in the series. If a class is canceled due to weather or other events, the class will be rescheduled or refunds for each class canceled will be issued.
ROBOTHINK PHOTO RELEASE AGREEMENT - You will be able to accept or deny to this release during registration.
I
acknowledge that while my child is attending this RoboThink program,
he/she may be photographed by a still or video camera. I authorize RoboThink,
LLC. to utilize my child’s photographic image without identification in
its brochures and advertisements in any media, including RoboThink’s
website. In giving my consent, I hereby release and hold
harmless RoboThink and its agents from any and all responsibility or
liability relating to the use of the photographs. I understand that
neither my child nor I will receive compensation should any
photograph authorized hereunder be used.
