STEM Robotics - Going Green Workshop @ Lovin Elementary School!



 


   




Technology Night – Going Green


Join us for an exciting STEM Robotics experience at Lovin Elementary School’s Title 1 event! Students will explore green energy by constructing an offshore wind turbine, all while immersing themselves in the thrilling world of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Using gears, motors, axles, and batteries, they’ll create simple machines and see firsthand the power of hands-on learning. No prior experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm and get ready for an adventure filled with creativity, problem-solving, and fun!


Participants will learn how to use mainboards, switches, IR sensors, gears, DC motors, axles, and explore concepts like gear ratios, gear trains, potential and kinetic energy, and much more!

With RoboThink’s exclusive robotics kit and our STEAM curriculum that is NGSS (Next Generation Science Standards) aligned, students have a blast learning about robotics, engineering, technology and other STEM subjects.



Pick Up Policy

Please pick up your child by 6:45 p.m. We highly suggest coming inside 10 minutes earlier and to see what your child made, take photos and videos, and help clean up.

I understand that neither my child nor I will receive compensation should any photograph authorized hereunder be used.
